Ava Bishoy Resort & Compound

Design Overview
I led the Urban Planning and Architectural Design for this project, covering a total built-up area of . The primary focus was creating a seamless harmony between engineering functionality and the spiritual identity of the location.

Design Concept

The design is deeply rooted in Coptic symbolism. The master plan is laid out in the shape of a Cross, while the main entrance is designed in the form of a Dove to represent the symbol of peace. This approach provides the project with a unique visual footprint that authentically expresses its identity.

Project Components:

Buildings: A central church and two fully-equipped hotel buildings.
Sports & Leisure: Football and handball courts, swimming pools, and a dedicated Kids Area featuring a central artistic landmark.
Cultural & Natural Features: A grand amphitheater for conferences and performances, artificial lakes for swans, and an open farm (horses, deer, and rare birds).
